The 2015 edition of the Lake Fish Festival comes to its second step on Lake Garda: after its debut last week in Lonato, the second dinner is scheduled for Friday 11 at the Il Fattore restaurant in Desenzano, located near the Duomo, very well known as the building was in past times home to one of the oldest Garda wineries, Cantine Visconti. Today Il Fattore offers a cuisine that is divided between meat, sea and lake fish and typical dishes of the area while extending its proposal also to pizza. Here is the menu that the chef of the Desenzano restaurant, Marco Carasi, will prepare for the second evening of the festival organized by the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori del Garda along with the Consorzio del Garda Garda Dop.

Trout carpaccio in citrus fruit marinade with chives and pink pepper

Bigoli “al torchio” with sardines
Second dish
Whitefish Lake Garda in sauce with grilled polenta
Lemon sorbet and vodka

Next dinner is scheduled for Friday 18 in Cascina del Ritrovo restaurant in Lonato: the combination will be with the wines of Lonato winery Perla del Garda.
